Noeline’s mother got tired at giving birth and Noeline got a brain damage because of complications. That has resulted into slow development of everything and cerebral palsy. She has serious developmental issues and with her 4 years old she only weighs 9 kilograms. Unfortunately she cannot sit, talk, walk or even crawl or eat properly. Noeline is blessed to have both her parents who love her and are ready to do all it takes for the betterment of her life. As Special Joy Mission Uganda we thank God for that and we are so grateful about that. The fact being that in many cases fathers tend to run away from their families when they are faced with such challenges, but Noeline’s father stays instead and supports the best he can.
For a long time Noeline was not eating any other food apart from taking cowmilk. She started eating in 2023, but she had difficulties in eating. So when we did tests, we found she has an issue, a swelling on the throat and there is need for a surgery for her to be able to eat properly and her growth to be improved. That’s why we focus on friendship, discipleship, food support, medical attention and hopefully therapy when she is ready for that.
